Highlights from Pastor Rachel Nderitu at the WOID 5th Edition Conference

At the Women of Inspired Destiny (WOID) 5th Edition Conference, Pastor Rachel Nderitu delivered a powerful word on identity and purpose. She reminded the women that before stepping into opportunities, they must first know who they are in God (Exodus 3:11).

She described women as fighters and warriors, like Deborah in battle (Judges 4:9), and as seeds of God with a divine reason for existence (John 1:12). As children of God, we are chosen and empowered to bear fruit (John 15:16), called to be His battle-axes (Jeremiah 51:20), the salt of the earth (Matthew 5:13), and lights that shine to attract nations and kings (Matthew 5:16; Isaiah 60:3).

Pastor Rachel also encouraged the women to remember that even in darkness, God’s light shines, enabling them to step out in victory (2 Corinthians 4:6). She reminded them of God’s promise of a new name (Isaiah 62:2), the call to be living sacrifices (John 20:12), and the importance of personal encounters with Him (John 20:14).

Her message was a stirring reminder to rise, shine, and walk confidently in the fullness of God’s identity and purpose.
