Fearless Courage – WOID Conference 5th Edition

The 5th Edition of the Women of Inspired Destiny (WOID) Conference gathered women under one divine banner: Fearless Courage, anchored in Esther 4:14. It was more than an event; it was a prophetic encounter where voices of wisdom and faith stirred women to rise boldly into destiny.

From the very beginning, the atmosphere was charged with expectation. Worship and fellowship set the stage for the Word, and each speaker built on the other, weaving a tapestry of courage, purpose, and favour that resonated deeply with every woman present.

Pastor Rachel Nderitu opened with Seizing the Opportunity, reminding women that before stepping into destiny, they must know who they are in Christ. She declared that we are God’s battle-axes (Jeremiah 51:20), the salt of the earth (Matthew 5:13), and light that shines in darkness (2 Corinthians 4:6). Her message was a call to identity and boldness — knowing who you are before you can seize what God has for you.

Pastor Elizabeth Akinyi followed with Courage for Such a Time Like This. Through Esther’s story, she showed that courage is the backbone of destiny — courage to endure trials, courage to rise in hostile environments, and courage to act when God calls. From orphanhood to queenship, Esther’s journey reflected the courage every woman needs to fulfill God’s will. Pastor Akinyi reminded the women that seasons change but God remains constant (Ecclesiastes 3:11), and knowing your time helps you align with His purpose.

Pastor Elizabeth Kariuki built on this with Fearless Courage. She drew from fearless women in the Bible — Deborah, Jael, the Shunamite woman, Rahab, and others — to show that courage silences fear and advances God’s Kingdom. She urged women to be prayerful, faithful, and fighters (Joshua 1:9), breaking free from the opinions of men and standing boldly for God.

Her second message, Conspiracy and Favour, reminded women that though conspiracies may arise, God releases courage, favour, and grace to preserve His own. Like Esther, kingdom women are placed in position for such a time as this, and with God’s favour (Psalm 102:13), everything aligns. Pastor Kariuki emphasized that favour is never fair and called women to embrace simplicity, prayer, and boldness as God hands them open cheques of destiny.

The conference culminated in a prophetic charge from Rev. Pauline Mwarabu, the WOID Founder, on Courage that Brings Restoration. She warned against disobedience, drawing lessons from Saul and Esther, and declared: “Whatever you spare that God tells you to destroy will rise again to challenge you.” She outlined three dimensions of restoration — prayer & fasting, covenant anointing, and fearless courage — as keys for this generation. Her message was both motherly and prophetic, summoning women to rise and confront what confronts their families so that God’s favour can secure their restoration.

As the conference drew to a close, one thing was undeniable: God had called His daughters higher. Each message — identity, courage, favour, and restoration — pointed to the central theme: For such a time as this, fearless courage is the key to fulfilling God’s purpose. The WOID Conference 5th Edition was not just a gathering; it was a defining moment of empowerment, faith, and destiny alignment.
